 Bijoux. Hand painted chocolates and confections.

 Luxury. Delicious. Art.

What about building your brand gives you energy?

I love creating something beautiful and delicious, then watching people react when they try it and love it.

Why did you start your brand?

Passion for chocolate, science, and art, and I couldn't find anywhere else in St. Louis offering this.

Where do you see your brand in 5 years?

I would like to expand a bit with a broader product line. I would also like to reach a broader customer base throughout St. Louis and St. Charles areas.
