What about building your brand gives you energy?

The opportunity to spread body awareness as a female entrepreneur continuously inspires me. It's energizing to play a role in helping others find greater connection to their bodies and the practice of yoga.

Why did you start your brand?

Yoga Rocks was started with the intention to help people feel and build strength in their bodies. Being both a teacher and student of vinyasa yoga, I created Yoga Rocks to bring greater awareness to one of the least talked about body parts in many sports, the hands. Providing functional, foundational alignment, I see Yoga Rocks as a chance to influence greater understanding for how we move and stay moving.
